Bryan Adolfo Bautista is a third-generation coffee farmer whose family has been producing coffee in the Marcala region of Honduras for over 40 years. At a height of 1540 a.s.l., Bautista grows Yellow and Red Catuai, Yellow and Red Bourbon, Pacamara, Parainema, Gesha and Lempira varietals. Bautisa inherited the farm from his parents and eventually grew the farm to an area of 15 productive manzanas (about 11 hectares) with 1 manzana of forest that has a natural water spring which the family takes care of as a natural reserve.
