Grasia Maria Peñalba is one of the new trailblazers who has been brought up with the COMSA philosophy.  She has her own parcel on the family farm called Perla Azul, where she cultivates coffee with organic farm management practices she learned at COMSA. We had the pleasure of meeting Grasia in March, and we knew we HAD to get our hands on her coffee.

Grasia also practices meticulous harvesting standards, which includes selectively picking during specific phases of the moon and brix measurements to ensure maximum sugar concentration in the coffee fruit.  We hope you enjoy this incredible producer's coffee as much as we do!
