A fantastic combination of fantastic coffees, this blend will always satisfy the light roast, Ethiopian crazed fans out there. Ideally, this coffee can function as a gateway for those curious coffee connoisseurs who haven’t had the opportunity to try our Ethiopian coffees before. We always use a similarly light and quick roast profile for these coffees to help maintain the wonderful acidity and aromas that this special coffee origin has to offer. The name Tafari is rooted in the Amharic language and is sometimes translated as meaning “awe-inspiring.”
