This is our second year working with the Dhaka Bor Banti cooperative in Guji and we couldn't be more excited to share this offering with you! Guji is a renowned coffee-growing zone in Ethiopia that's known for its exceptional, high-elevation coffees. This coffee is considered a "Grade 1," a score that indicates the highest quality and processing based off of Ethiopia's coffee grading scale. We're getting sweet, jammy notes of berries, rose, and hibiscus.
